Facilities
Along with ample parking; the centre offers a stylish reception, break-out areas, two 10-seater boardrooms providing the latest audio and visual presentation equipment and tea/coffee making facilities. The boardrooms are available for hire to all tenants for a nominal fee and can be booked via the receptionist.
The kitchen area includes seating areas, cooking facilities, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water and filtered cold drinking water. High quality toilet facilities are available on all floors.
There is lift access on site.
All offices are fully carpeted and have excellent lighting. All windows are fitted with vertical blinds whilst providing considerable natural light. Each office is supplied with 10 double power sockets and eight double communication sockets.
The building is supported by a single communications provider (Daisy Communications) providing both telephone and broadband connections.
The business centre is fitted with emergency lighting, fire alarm system and first aid equipment. 24hrs access to the building is enabled by a fob system.
