The motorway links in the area are some of the best in the country, with M61, M6, M55 and M58 all within 30-40 minutes from the Business Centre. Blackpool is the prime spot for new companies and predicted to be one of the North West's highest commercial growth areas over the next 5 years.
The reception areas will have a fresh clean and modern with break out seating. The reception area will also be manned daily by a Business Centre Manager. On site facilities will include boardrooms with the latest in electronic equipment, fully equipped kitchens and lift along with high quality toilets facilities on all floors. Ample parking for both centers will be covered by 24hour CCTV.
Access for tenants is 24 hour so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24 hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office, and as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed.
