Facilities

The Harley Scott Burnley Business Centre is one of the largest centres in Burnley, Along with ample parking, the centre will offer a stylish reception, break-out areas, two 10-seater boardrooms providing the latest audio and visual presentation equipment and tea/coffee making facilities. The boardrooms will be available for hire to all tenants for a nominal fee and can be booked via the receptionist.

The kitchen area will include seating areas, cooking facilities, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water and filtered cold drinking water. High quality toilet facilities will be available on all floors.

There is lift access on site.

We ensure all offices are fully carpeted and have excellent lighting. All windows are fitted with vertical blinds whilst providing considerable natural light. Each office is supplied with 10 double power sockets and eight double communication sockets.

The building is supported by a single communications provider (Daisy Communications) providing both telephone and broadband connections.

The business centre is fitted with emergency lighting, fire alarm system and first aid equipment. 24hrs access to the building is enabled by a fob system.

Each area of the building has been designed with consideration to disabled tenants.

Technology Talks

At the beginning of May, I had the arduous task of looking for some new premises to cope with the expansion of our business.

We were introduced to B1 Ltd, and after looking at their state of the art Burnley Business centre we quickly decided this would be an ideal location from which to run our technology based business.

We felt the facilities were second to none in the area, from their high spec meeting rooms with internet access and projector facilities, to their cost effective phone system and high speed broadband and most of all their very competitive rental rates.

We moved in at the beginning of June and all the phones and data infrastructure had already been installed to our requirements, all we had to do is move our furniture in and B1 Ltd even helped us with this, by putting us in touch with a removal firm.

In short it has been a hassle free move and I would like to thank Harley Scott for all their help in the move and look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship.
