The kitchen area includes seating, cooking facilities, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water and filtered cold drinking water. High quality toilet facilities are available on all floors, with life access to each of the three levels.

The business centre is fitted with emergency lighting, fire alarm system and first aid equipment. Tenant can access the building around the clock with 24 hour CCTV coverage maintaining a high level of security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office, as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed. Each area of the building has been designed with ample consideration for disabled tenants.

Our reception team will greet and announce your visitors, sort and receive parcels and deliveries on your behalf and can answer the phone in your name and take messages when you are out of the building.

The centre has boardroom facilities with the latest in electronic equipment, fully equipped kitchens and high quality washroom facilities. There is ample parking directly in front of the building allowing easy access to the Harley Scott Business Centre.
