To start with, Harley Scott finds the tenant, and then organises all documentation, including the lease (a standard short lease document), along with the direct debit mandate. Credit checks are carried out and guarantors are ensured when necessary. Harley Scott also provides the occupier's guide and carries out regular inspections, keeping maintenance and repair costs to a minimum. The only action you need to do is watch your investment flourish.
