All Centres 9th March 2010
Thanks to all the efforts of the Business First Team we are increasing leads for the centre’s by 350%. We have seen a fantastic raise in clients walking into our centre’s and enquiring about office space and conversion rates are higher than ever before. We are great full to all involved from center managers through to contractor’s and we are looking forward to the next few months to see the progress of all of our sites.

On Friday 3rd July Dylan Harvey launched the eagerly anticipated Burnley Business Centre. The opening was a huge success with famous guests such as Jimmy White who entertained everyone with challenging snooker games and Top Gears Quentin Willson who kindly produced a short film about the business centre and the fantastic benefits it provides from as little as £499 a month. We are pleased to announce another residence at the Dylan Harvey Blackburn Business Centre. Blackburn Alarms occupy 1000 sq. ft. of luxury office space and are settling in well.

Blackburn – Opening event 1st December 2008
The Dylan Harvey Blackburn Business Centre’s Grand Opening was a complete success. The Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Councillor Mohammed Khan O.B.E, attend the opening and was very impressed with the site and all its facilities. Over 60 local businesses attended and as a nice surprise when the famous Jimmy White (Snooker Player) came along to support the opening.

On the day we had a fantastic buffet and drinks supplied by the Fuzzy Duck of Burnley. There was also 2 prize hamper draws the winners being: Tim Webber of Barnfield Construction and Jake Smith of JP74.

We have received a lot of feedback already from Fridays event and everyone has commented on how lovely the centre is giving a fresh, bright and welcoming change to Blackburn this will hopefully bring great employment to the area and bring business together from the North West.

Recent investor Paddy Considine, a former well known Gloucestershire cricketer, visited the sight and was very impressed. Following a flyer campaign to over 13,000 local companies we are achieving positive enquires and successful lettings are being snapped up.
