Padiham Business Centre comprises of a range of managed office space, 300sqft – over 2000sqft. The reception area is fitted out to a high specification with air conditioning, glass lift and breakout seating areas. We also have a spacious air conditioned boardroom which is available to tenants and is equipped with the latest technology, projector, TV, tea and coffee facilities and flip-chart. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen area and luxury toilet facilities. At present the building hold a diverse range of tenants from web designer through to childcare management.
Access for tenants is 24hr so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office and each wing is alarmed for added security.
