Non-refundable deposits and reservation fees

Should you wish to proceed to purchase or take a lease of any property we are selling or marketing you will be asked for an initial holding deposit of £2,000.00, which may also be referred to as a reservation fee. By paying this deposit you acknowledge that it is non-refundable and will be kept by us if you choose not to or are otherwise unable to proceed within the time scale stipulated by us. You also acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to a refund of the deposit if (by way of example only and without limitation) there are any changes in build times as provided in the Information or otherwise. We reserve the right to ask you for a further payment prior to exchange of contacts, which will be equivalent to 5% of the purchase price less the initial holding deposit in respect of residential properties and 10% in respect of commercial properties. By paying this further payment you acknowledge that it also is non-refundable and will be kept by us if you choose not to or are otherwise unable to proceed within the time scale stipulated by us.
